Levigo Apartment consists of a single floor where there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, Smart TV and air conditioning, an open kitchen fully equipped for holiday use, a room with a 135x200 bed and a ceiling fan with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom. complete with shower. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace with outdoor furniture and views of the community pool and garden. It is located on the first floor (with stairs). There is a small laundry room with a washing machine, a thermos for hot water and various cleaning products and items. Fiber WiFi installed.

The urbanization:

Arenal Park: a famous urbanization with its large swimming pool that also has a children's pool for the little ones. Grass around the pool where you can lie down and sunbathe that we have in Jávea about 325 days a year! With exclusive access to the tennis and paddle courts, there is everything you need in this community.

The situation:

It is located on Avenida Augusta, in front of the La Fontana canal. You can easily walk to the sandy beach (Playa Arenal), about 500 meters from the apartment. On the Arenal promenade there are several bars and restaurants as well as the charming beach. The closest supermarket is Carrefour Express (about 550 meters) or if you prefer to make a larger purchase, 2km away is the well-known Mercadona supermarket.
