Here at Mar Bay we believe that you should never have to compromise on quality. That is why we were founded. With a wealth of experience, in a variety of areas within the luxury rental industry, we decided to create a place where you could book a stay with none of the worries that accompany unknown hosts.

We personally vet all properties that you can book through us and every single one has been approved by our Mar Bay team. Our high standards and expert knowledge allow you to have a wonderful stay with everything taken care of.

We want to bring the care and attention of a 5 star hotel to our properties and this is why we provide face to face check ins where you can ask any questions and be shown around your rental by us. No third parties, no crossed wires.

Our team is also very passionate about this simply stunning part of the world that we are lucky to call home. We can offer personal recommendations about the bay, from where to find the ideal places to drink, dine, eat & unique experiences to the best boutiques and nature trails!

Our founder, Francesca, grew up in Jávea and still lives here in this wonderful town. She started Mar Bay earlier this year 2023, after working for six years in the real estate business with rentals and sales. Francesca loves working in the tourism section and she has gained enough experience and clients to start her own business. After several months studying the real estate world for many hours, she obtained the title of real estate agent and has obtained four diplomas (real estate agent recognized by the API, prevention of money laundering, photography & video for real estate and data protection in management).

She wants to give a personal touch to all of her properties and will go above and beyond for her guests, so that they can have a truly relaxing holiday as well as at the same time, take care of the owners of those properties.
