Beautiful private villa for 4 people in the well-known urbanization, Les Fonts, Benitachell.

The property:

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, which can also be used as heating. The house is surrounded by a fantastic garden with many beautiful plants and trees and cozy sitting corners. Are you here in winter? Then you can harvest lemons, grapefruits and oranges in the garden to your liking. The master bedroom is located at the beginning of the hallway and has a double bed (160cm wide), a typical Spanish built-in wardrobe and a simple en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The second bedroom is spacious, with a double bed (160cm wide) and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has 2 90cm single beds. Additionally, there is a second bathroom with a small shower, bathtub and sink, accessible from the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning fans. From the beautifully decorated living room you access the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher. A water filter has also been installed to make water bottles unnecessary. In this house, you can drink tap water. From the naya (porch), you have views of the pool and the large garden, and above all, a wonderful view of the mountains that surround you. In the garden you will find different corners to relax, both in the sun and in the shade. Next to the pool, there is a pleasant shaded place under umbrellas with comfortable sun loungers. The washing machine is behind the house, in a separate laundry room. The owners are working hard to make this house energy neutral. Solar panels and a solar heater have recently been installed.

Ca El Camino is located in the well-known Les Fonts urbanization. It is an urbanization of several neighborhood and quiet chalets, ideal for families.

The situation:

The villa is located in Urbanización Les Fonts, 13. Just 2.5km away you can find the Jávea Golf Club. In less than 15 minutes you can reach Moraira, a beautiful coast, and in 11 minutes you can reach Jávea. If you want to enjoy and do many activities on your vacation, in just one hour - 90km, you can reach Valencia and/or Alicante. An ideal location....

Housing rules:

- Groups of young people under 26 years old are not admitted

- Parties or events are not allowed

- You cannot smoke inside the house

- Pets are not allowed

- It is mandatory to send us a type of document (DNI, passport, ID) for registration

- Maximum 4 guests

- Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- Check-out: until 11:00
