The property:

The duplex penthouse has two floors. On the first floor is the very spacious and bright living / dining room renovated to put an electric fireplace and with a Sonos brand home cinema, it has direct access to the terrace with its beautiful views of the sea, outdoor dining furniture and chill area -out with sofa. On the same floor is the fully equipped closed kitchen for holiday use with a small separate laundry room with a dryer, washing machine, cleaning products and a 200-liter water heater, all brand new appliances. A separate toilet and an en-suite bedroom with a 160x200 bed, fitted wardrobes and direct access to the same terrace as the living room, on the first floor.

Going up the stairs to the second floor, there is a bedroom with a 150x200 bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to a large terrace with hammocks to enjoy the sun. The third bedroom also with direct access to the same terrace, a full bathroom with shower and the third terrace with outdoor furniture and cushions with mountain views.

All windows have electric shutters, hot/cold air conditioning through ducts in all rooms, each with its own thermometer to set the degrees that each one wishes, fiber WiFi installed on both floors for maximum speed.

The urbanization:

The penthouse is located in the well-known Residencial Marmara. With a communal pool for both adults and the little ones, as well as a waterfall and jacuzzi area. Lawn around the pool where you can go down with the beach chairs that we have at Ca Namaste. There is also a social club with various games and a park for children. The community has a concierge with extended hours during the summer months and security cameras.

The situation:

Ca Namaste is located on Calle Niza. Just 350 meters walk to the Arenal beach, the famous sandy beach, where the promenade and a wide variety of restaurants and bars are located. Although the penthouse has a garage space, if you come by plane and decide not to rent a car, without any problem, it has all the services just a few meters walk away.

Final cleaning, sheets and towels: 360€/stay

Damage deposit: 400€/stay

House rules:

- Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed

- Parties and events are not allowed

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the house

- It is mandatory to send us a type of document (DNI, passport, ID) for registration

- Maximum 6 guests

- Check-in: 3pm to 8pm

- Check-out: until 11:00am

If you need any items for the little ones, such as a travel cot or a high chair, we can organize it for a small additional cost, always on request.
