The property:

The property consists of a living/dining room with fireplace, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a closed kitchen fully equipped for holiday use, next to it is a small laundry room where cleaning supplies, an electric water heater and a dispensary are found. Going up to the first floor via stairs there are two bedrooms: the first bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with a trundle bed (two singles), both with a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes, one of them has a terrace, there is also a a full bathroom with bathtub and bidet. On the third floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathtub & bidet and direct access to a large terrace with outdoor furniture.

Ca Lazio has high-speed fiber WiFi, Smart TV with the latest apps, awnings on the three terraces, dining table and chairs for six people on the first terrace to enjoy those amazing lunches and dinners with your family and friends.

The urbanization:

Cala Blanca Park: it has a beautiful and well-kept pool, a waterfall and two large slides. The urbanization has a 'social club' with several games to enjoy with the family.

The situation:

Ca Lazio is located on Calle Tirnavos. You can easily walk to the Saladar supermarket, which is 260 meters away, but if you want to make a larger purchase, there is the well-known Consum supermarket 1.3km away. The closest beach is - Cala Blanca - located about 400 meters walk. The famous Playa del Arenal (sandy beach) is located at the end of Avenida Ultramar, about 15 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car - 1.5km.

House rules:

- Groups of young people under 28 years of age are not allowed

- Parties and events are not permitted

- You can not smoke inside the property

- Pets are not allowed

- It is mandatory to send us a type of document (DNI, passport, ID) for registration

- Maximum 6 guests

- Check-in: 3pm to 8pm

-Check-out: until 11am

If you need any items for the little ones, such as a travel cot or a high chair, we can organize it for a small additional cost, always on request.
