Ascending to the second floor, you will discover a cozy bedroom with a bunk bed (90 cm upper bed and 135 cm lower bed), a modern bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm that has a 35'' TV and its own en-suite bathroom, also equipped with a shower.

Completely renovated and completed in June 2023, the property stands out for its careful decoration, quality furniture, and details that make a difference. It also has shutters on all windows, with electric shutters in the living room for added convenience, high-speed fiber WiFi across both floors.

The urbanization:

Vía Augusta: a very family-friendly urbanization with a large communal swimming pool and children's pool for the little ones. The community features grass and straw umbrellas for the exclusive use of guests. Ca Bambú has beach chairs and an umbrella available for guests to use both in the pool area and at the beach. Additionally, it is very easy to park just in front of the apartment, and from the street, direct access to the terrace can be made through a private door, making it very convenient to unload groceries, luggage, or other items.

The location:

Ca Bambú is located on the famous Avenida Augusta. It is easy to walk to the Mercadona supermarket, which is 250 meters away, but if you wish, a little further away there are several supermarkets (Supercor, Lidl, Aldi...). The nearest beaches are the first Montañar (pebble beach) 400 meters away on foot, at the end of the avenue is Arenal beach (1 km), and on the opposite side of Arenal is Port beach (La Grava) about 2.3 km. A car is not necessary as the beaches, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and even a pharmacy are within walking distance.
