Ca Aimar, a beautiful completely renovated villa in the quiet area of Tossals.

The property:

This villa has three floors. On the first floor, entering through the main door we can find on our left a toilet with a sink, on the right a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, continuing along the entrance hallway - we find on the left side the closed kitchen with everything everything necessary for vacation use, in addition to a closed laundry room. We enter the spacious and luminous living/dining room with direct access to the covered terrace that has an outdoor table and chairs.

On the second floor above - we find two double bedrooms, both with access to a terrace with views of the Montgó and a separate bathroom with a shower.

On the third floor, a 'basement' type which would be down some stairs - is the fourth bedroom with a 180cm bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and dressing room.

Our fifth bedroom is located outside the villa where the summer kitchen is, also completely private with its shower-room.

The house has been renovated with quality materials and decorated simply but with very good taste, as well as with quality furniture.

The bedrooms and living/dining room have split hot/cold air conditioning, all windows have blinds and four bedrooms in the villa have a TV.

The house has WiFi, several areas with outdoor furniture to enjoy with family or friends - in the summer kitchen there is a barbecue, refrigerator, dishwasher... and more. The pool is for exclusive and private use - there is also a parking area for more than 10 cars, if necessary.

The area:

Ca Aimar is located on Cami Tossals, a neighborhood and very quiet area. There are several restaurants nearby along the Carretera de Jesús Pobre, however a few minutes away is the Old Town where there are several shops, services, tapas bars and restaurants or a few meters further away is the Port of Jávea where La Grava beach and El Arenal, where there is a walk of restaurants, bars and of course the sandy beach.

Final cleaning, sheets and towels: €375/stay

Damage deposit: €500/stay

Property rules:

- Groups of young people under 27 years old are not admitted

- Parties or events are not allowed

- You cannot smoke inside the house

- It is mandatory to send us a type of document (DNI, passport, ID) for registration

- Maximum 10 guests

- Check-in: 4 pm to 8 pm

- Check-out: until 11:00 am

Additional notes:

If you need any items for the little ones, such as a travel cot or a high chair, we can organize it for a small additional cost, always important upon request.
