The property:

This beautiful apartment consists of a living/dining room with direct access to the covered terrace with outdoor furniture and awning to enjoy those well-deserved meals with friends and/or family, a fully equipped kitchen for holiday use, a small separate laundry room where cleaning supplies and the water heater. Apartment Geneve has two bedrooms in total - the first with a trundle bed (two 90x200 beds with new mattresses) and the second with a 150x200 trundle bed, both with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. There is a fully renovated bathroom with shower.

The ground floor has hot/cold air conditioning in the living room, high-speed fiber WiFi and TV with FireStick with the latest apps.

Apartment Geneve does not have parking but you can always find a place right in front on Calle Génova, even in high season.

The urbanization:

Villamar: large pool with children's area, community garden with grass and thatched parasols. There is direct access to the first mountain, exclusive use of the urbanization (with a key). A quiet family urbanization with rest hours.

The situation:

Apartment Geneve is located on the famous Calle Genova. Just 200 meters walk you can find the supermarket 'Mercadona' and a pharmacy. We take advantage of the direct access to the first mountain where the pebble beach and the 'La Siesta' beach bar are located. The port of Jávea is located about 1.9km where there are several supermarkets, accessories stores, clothing and a wide variety of restaurants. On the opposite side of the Port, we find the Arenal beach (the Arena beach) where there is a promenade with several restaurants, bars and small shops.

Final cleaning, sheets and towels: 150€/stay

Damage deposit: 250€/stay

House rules:

- Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed

- Parties and events are not allowed

- You forbidden to smoke inside the property

- It is mandatory to send us a type of document (DNI, passport, ID) for registration

- Maximum 4 guests

- Check-in: 3pm to 8pm

- Check-out: until 11 am

If you need any items for the little ones, such as a travel cot or a high chair, we can organize it for a small additional cost, always on request.
