The property:

Apartment Arenal Dream is located on one floor. Entering through the main door we can find an open kitchen with everything necessary for vacation use, a spacious living/dining room with lots of light and direct access to the private terrace with grass, outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. The property has three bedrooms, the first bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, the second bedroom with a bunk bed and the third with a double bed. Also there is a separate bathroom with shower. Built-in wardrobes and ducted air conditioning in all rooms.

The ground floor has been totally designed for vacation use, being very comfortable with all the necessary accessories to be able to arrive and enjoy your well-deserved vacation. Parking space available, electric blinds with remote control on all windows. Decorated with good taste!

The urbanization:

Arenal Dream - Arenal: a very family-friendly urbanization with a large community pool and natural grass surrounding it. The community has sun loungers for the exclusive use of guests as does the apartment.

The situation:

The ground floor is located in the famous Arenal - Avenida Paris area. You can easily walk to the MasyMas supermarket which is 250 meters away, but if you wish... a few meters further away there are several supermarkets (Consum, Carrefour Express, Mercadona). The closest beach is Arenal Beach, which is the sandy beach, where there is a long promenade of restaurants and bars, walking its about 350 meters. In our manuals you have Mar Bay recommendations. It is not necessary to have a car since the beaches, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and even a pharmacy are within walking distance.

Final cleaning, sheets and towels: €180/stay

Damage deposit: €300/stay

 

Housing rules:

- Groups of young people under 25 years old are not admitted

- Parties or events are not allowed

- You cannot smoke inside the house

- Pets - consult.

- It is mandatory to send us a type of document (DNI, passport, ID) for registration

- For max. 6 guests

- Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.

Additional notes:

If you need any items for the little ones, such as a travel cot or a high chair, we can organize it for a small additional cost, always upon request.
