The property:

The house consists of a living/dining room with air conditioning and direct access to the large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen for holiday use, two bedrooms both with two 90 beds and quality box-spring beds for the rest you deserve, a full bathroom with shower.

Ca Isla has high-speed fibre WiFi, Smart TV with the latest apps, blinds and mosquito nets on the windows, dining table and chairs for four people in the living room and also outside on the terrace, it also has a high table with six stools on the terrace below to have a more chill-out area.

The urbanization:

La Isla: known for its large pool - one of the largest in our town of Jávea, it has a beautiful and well-kept pool, several bridges and an 'island' in the middle as well as having natural grass around it and straw umbrellas. The apartment has beach chairs. Concierge available.

The location:

It is located on Avenida Arenal. You can easily walk to all services including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakery... The Arenal promenade (where the sandy beach is) is 600 meters away. There is also a go-karting a few meters from the house and a good restaurant with a communal pool.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels: 120€/stay

Damage deposit: 300€/stay

 

House rules:

- Groups of young people under 28 years old are not allowed

- Parties and events are not allowed

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house

- Pets are not allowed

- It is mandatory to send us some type of document (ID, passport, ID) for registration

- Maximum 4 guests

- Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00

- Check-out: until 11:00

If you need any items for the little ones, such as a travel cot or a high chair, we can organize it free of charge but always on request.
