Apartament El Sueño

Beautiful and modern three-bedroom apartment - for six people, in the new Essential development.

The property:

Apartment El Sueño, the name says it very clearly! Entering through the main door we can find an open kitchen with everything necessary and more for vacation use, a very cozy living/dining room with direct access to the terrace overlooking the community pool, outdoor furniture including table and chairs for six people plus two armchairs with cushions. It has three bedrooms, the first bedroom with two single beds and also direct access to a terrace with a sofa and mountain views, the second bedroom with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe plus access to the same terrace and the third with two single beds together, a large dressing room and en-suite with shower. The apartment has another separate bathroom with a shower, hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms and a seperate built-in wardrobe to store clothes, coats or whatever the guest needs.

The property has been totally designed for vacation use, being very comfortable with all the necessary accessories to be able to arrive and enjoy the well-deserved vacation. Parking space, electric blinds on all windows, decorated with style and quality items.

The urbanization:

Essential: a very family-friendly urbanization with a large, fenced community pool with key access for the exclusive use of guests. The community has a children's area for the little ones (slide, etc.) and another sports area with two machines.

The situation:

El Sueño is located on Avenida Trenc D'alba. You can easily walk to several supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl...) that are 200 meters away, but if you wish... a few more meters away there are other supermarkets. Within walking distance you have the Old Town which is a 'must' and the Puerto beach about 1.5km away, the Arenal beach (sand) is 3km away. In our manuals you have all the Mar Bay recommendations.

Final cleaning, sheets and towels: €160/stay

Damage deposit: €300/stay

Property rules:

- No groups of young people under 26 years old 

- Parties or events are not allowed

- Prohibitted to smoke

- Pets are not allowed

- It is mandatory to send us a type of document (DNI, passport, ID) for registration

- For 6 guests

- Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- Check-out: until 11:00

Additional notes:

If you need any items for the little ones, such as a travel cot or a high chair, we can organize it for a small additional cost, always upon request.
